| PUBLIC RELATIONS This department shall have a State Chairperson and shall be empowered to establish the image of the I.C.U.A. of Maryland, Inc., in the Unit of the State and to promote knowledge relative to the aims, objectives, and activities of the Association through the media or the press. This department shall also be responsible for the Bulletin, Doorkeeper, Newsletters, and other Public Relation areas. |
