The Finance Committee consist of (4) members including the State Financial Secretary and Treasurer. The responsibilities of the Committee are as follows:
· Prepare annual budget
· Monitor the budget
· Monitor the finances and the financial process
· Ensure assessments and fees are paid by all units and departments
· Recommend changes to the financial process as deemed necessary
